From Hosts

• Background check status (processed by third-party providers such as Checkr; we store only an approval or decline status, not underlying reports)

From Administrators

• Name, email address, phone number, and account credentials

Automatically Collected Information (All Users)

• Device identifiers, IP address, browser type
• Usage activity (pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps)
• Analytics data collected via tools such as Google Analytics (if enabled)

• Event ratings may be displayed at the event-type level (for example, “Yoga Class – 4.7 stars”). Individual written reviews are not publicly displayed unless explicitly stated.

We store personal information using reputable cloud-based service providers.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including:
