How do I get paid?

💳 Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Customer funds are held in escrow until the event is complete.

Payouts go directly to your connected bank account.

When will I get paid?

After you mark the event completed.

Do I need insurance or documents?

Some events may require proof of insurance or certifications.

If needed, we’ll request these during onboarding.

Do I provide RSVP links or promo materials?

No. Event Arrow handles this for you.

Every booking includes RSVP links + ready-to-use flyers, posters, and digital assets.

How will I know who is attending?

You’ll have access to the RSVP list in your host portal.

View confirmed guests before the event.

Track check-ins in real time on event day.

Can I take photos at my events?

📷 Default: Hosts do not take photos.

What if I need to cancel?

Avoid cancellations whenever possible.

If urgent, cancel via your host portal and select a reason.

⚠️ Same-day cancellations may trigger payout holds, penalties, or review.
