Anti-Spam and Unsolicited Messaging Policy

Event Arrow prohibits the use of unsolicited email messages to advertise eventarrow.com or any Event Arrow product, service, offer, or webpage.

This prohibition applies to Event Arrow personnel, contractors, affiliates, partners, vendors, customers, service providers, and any other person or organization promoting Event Arrow.

Event Arrow does not permit:

• Advertising eventarrow.com through unsolicited messages.
• Sending promotional bulk email without the recipient's consent.
• Using purchased, rented, harvested, scraped, or improperly obtained mailing lists.
• Using false or misleading sender information, subject lines, or message content.
• Continuing to contact a recipient after an unsubscribe or do-not-contact request.
• Allowing an unauthorized third party to advertise or promote Event Arrow by email.

Authorized communications must accurately identify the sender and Event Arrow, be relevant to the recipient, and be sent only when the recipient has requested or agreed to receive the information, or when the message is an expected follow-up arising from prior direct contact. Marketing subscriptions must use appropriate consent procedures and provide a clear method to unsubscribe. All opt-out and do-not-contact requests must be honored promptly.

Suspected violations may be reported to hello@eventarrow.com. Event Arrow will investigate credible reports and take appropriate corrective action, including stopping the campaign and terminating the responsible sender's authorization.
